The Green Building Standards Code involves a number of regulations that have only just been brought into effect. Despite their recent introduction, MLC TESTING / AIR BALANCING , has already provided moisture testing for clients that need to follow the regulations.

Green Building Standards Code moisture testing is now compulsory for all residential and commercial buildings, and is necessary to ensure that the framing moisture content is less than 19%. We can do non-invasive testing, and document the testing with a full report that will be accepted by the building inspector. This has to be done before the drywall goes up, but for existing structures that are concerned, we conduct non-invasive testing.
