The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) was created to address construction defects and equipment installations that had historically been done incorrectly. At MLC TESTING / AIR BALANCING , we can conduct the HERS testing to ensure that your building holds the required permit.
HERS Testing
In order for your building to fall in line with the program, it must comply with Title 24. To ensure that it does, we carry out duct testing, refrigerant charge testing, QII (Quality Insulation Installation) testing, whole house ratings, and solar HERS testing.
